Endolifting uses laser energy delivered beneath the skin through a fine fiber. The indication, device and settings should be confirmed after assessing anatomy, laxity and volume.

Endolifting is a term used for subdermal laser techniques in which a fine optical fiber delivers energy within a selected tissue plane. It may be considered for mild to moderate changes in contour and laxity, but it is not the same as a surgical facelift and cannot correct major skin excess or replace lost volume.
Published findings are promising, but much of the available evidence comes from small studies or lower levels of evidence. The consultation should therefore confirm the device, wavelength, authorized use in Mexico, clinician experience and both less and more invasive alternatives.

Candidacy is not determined by a photograph or a trend. These are general guidelines and must always be confirmed during a consultation.
- Adults with mild to moderate contour changes seeking a minimally invasive option.
- People with gradual expectations who understand that outcomes vary.
- Patients willing to disclose all previous facial procedures.
- Those able to follow aftercare and attend review appointments.
- Infection, active skin lesions or inflammation in the area.
- Pregnancy, breastfeeding or an uncontrolled condition requiring further assessment.
- Bleeding disorders or medicines that have not been reviewed by the clinician.
- Significant laxity or skin excess when the procedure cannot deliver the expected change.
Safety and expectations
The fiber, tissue plane and energy all matter.
This is a minimally invasive medical procedure. A brand name does not replace device identification, clinician training or informed consent.
Swelling, bruising, pain, altered sensation and uneven recovery may occur.
Burns, infection, fibrosis, contour irregularities or pigment changes are possible risks.
Injury to vascular or nerve structures may require prompt assessment and treatment.
Available evidence remains too limited to promise a specific duration or identical results for every patient.

01Is it the same as a surgical facelift?
No. Its scope, recovery and ability to correct excess skin are different. Your consultation should clarify which option matches the degree of change.
02How much downtime should I expect?
It varies with the area, energy, technique and individual response. Swelling, tenderness or bruising may occur, and you will receive specific aftercare and warning signs.
03Are the results immediate?
There may be an early change from the tissue response, but progress is assessed over the following weeks. The result should not be judged on the first day.
04Can it be combined with other treatments?
Sometimes, but sequence and timing matter. Previous fillers, threads, surgery or energy-based treatments must be reviewed first.
